To repair and maintain the wheel tractor for your land, we should inspect the farm tractors regularly. According to the technical requirements of tractor, inspect and adjust the clearance of toe-in of front wheel, front wheel bearing strictly .

(1) Inspect and adjust the front wheel bearing clearance.

The right front wheel bearing clearance is 0.1-0.2 mm, when it is more than 0.5 mm, should be adjusted.
 

When adjusted, put up the front axle of farm wheel tractor, to make the front wheel off the ground, followed by removing the dust cover, the cotter pin, screwing the adjustment nut until the elimination of the bearing clearance, and then returned to 1/10 laps; when turning front wheel, it is flexible and no obvious loose, which means adjusted correctly. Finally, install the cotter pin and shield.

(2) Inspect and adjust the toe-in of front wheel

Place the wheel tractor for your land on the hard ground, turn the steering wheel to make the front wheel to the middle position; in a horizontal plane through the center line of the front wheels, respectively, measure the distance between two wheels in the front and rear sides. If the difference does not meet the requirements, you can change the length of the tie rod to adjust. The tie rod elongation increases the anterior bundle, while shortening reduces the toe, and then adjust to the specified value in turn.
